Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must submit only registered property, provide accurate details, upload valid KYC and registry documents, and confirm they are legally authorized to advertise the property.

Review and Publishing

TrueAwas may approve, reject, request changes, publish, unpublish, or mark a listing sold based on internal review. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should read all visible verification statuses and perform their own legal, financial, site, and authority checks before any transaction.

Prohibited Claims

Users must not represent listings as guaranteed safe, government certified, or legally guaranteed by TrueAwas.
